Having trouble validating your USI in Training Desk

In the case where a student’s USI details in Training Desk is coming up as invalid - but you believe those details are correct (and are what appears on the USI registry), the steps below should be followed:

Go to your USI portal and use the feature where you can send us your details from within the registry - an email is triggered from the USI registry. This means we get to see exactly what is recorded.

They can do this by:

  1. Logging in to their USI registry account (usi.gov.au)

  2. Clicking on Provide your USI

  3. Scroll down to the EMAIL YOUR USI section - and email it to info@rescue-1.com.au

  4. Click SEND

This will then send us an email with the details EXACTLY as they are on the registry (USI, FIRST NAME, MIDDLE NAME, LAST NAME and DOB)
