A family-owned and operated business, we are passionate about providing affordable, accessible training to help keep our workers safe.

We are Terry and Janet Urquhart, and we established Rescue-1 in 2003 to be Queensland’s premier First Aid Training and Medical service provider.

All of our incredible Rescue-1 educators have extensive, real-world medical experience, and an unmatched talent for inspiring and educating everyone in the class, no matter their learning style. We believe we have the best team in the industry.

It was great to have a trainer that had a sense of humour, had a great time doing my first aid and CPR yesterday. Thanks again for making it an enjoyable place to learn.
